Privacy
When you contact Vembon, the information you enter is used to respond to your enquiry. Purchase information is used to process your licence and deliver downloads through the checkout and delivery services identified during purchase.
Storefront activity
We count page views, demo launches, licence views, searches and successful enquiries to understand which games and information are useful. These are aggregate daily counts by game, event and broad traffic category. These metrics do not store cookies, visitor IDs, IP addresses, email addresses, search text or full referring URLs. Requests that signal Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded by the browser tracker. Counts are not unique visitor counts and may include repeat visits or bots.
Normal hosting security logs and anti-spam controls may process network request information separately. Payment providers process information under their own privacy terms. Game saves are stored as described in each game and its documentation.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, Vembon uses Google Analytics to measure visits, product and licence views, checkout steps, confirmed purchases, enquiries, and activity in hosted games. Analytics uses browser identifiers and cookies to recognise returning visits. Game measurements include active time and selected saved progress fields such as completed levels, scores and race results. They do not include your full game save.
Analytics on our admin and Boards sites records general navigation and usage separately from public activity. We do not send names, email addresses, board or task contents, credentials, purchase access tokens, or full private URLs to Google Analytics. Purchase measurement uses order references and amounts only after payment verification; test payments are excluded.
You can decline analytics or change your choice using Analytics settings in the website footer, on this page, or in the hosted player’s Games menu. The choice applies across Vembon domains. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Google Analytics is loaded only after consent, and withdrawing consent stops future collection. Previously collected information is not automatically deleted by withdrawing consent; contact us about access or deletion requests. Browser-level blocking or declining analytics means reports will not include every visitor or purchase. The game source packages sold by Vembon do not contain this hosted analytics integration.
Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy. Analytics event data is retained according to the Vembon property retention setting. Operational purchase and security records are maintained separately from optional analytics.
